Dr. Aschebrook is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and an Adult Nurse Practitioner,  his personal experiences in healthcare has encouraged him to open an integrative medicine practice where he can address patient concerns more holistically and free of judgement. He believes to address client’s health concerns successfully all aspects of their physical and emotional well-being need to be addressed.  He has collaborated with Dr. Wickstrom-Hill DO and Dr. Abraham Soto Ph.D LCSW to bring innovative wellness solutions to Orlando Florida.  Dr. Aschebrook and his colleagues offer expertise in the areas of customized medicine, general wellness, aesthetics, weight loss, hormone replacement, sports medicine, and pain relief.

Dr. Soto understands how mental health issues can affect our well-being and for this reason he is passionate about helping clients become the best version of themselves.

He is trained in New York City and has 20 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children to overcome obstacles and improve the quality of their lives through psychotherapy/behavioral health. He has worked in psychiatric facilities, hospital, outpatient clinics, and private practice settings. Dr. Soto is a bilingual Latino and offers a culturally sensitive perspective to the Hispanic and LGBTQ community. Dr. Soto specializes in narrative therapy, incorporating therapeutic writing techniques and journaling into his practice as a way to help clients externalize emotions and “re-story” their lives.
